اذهب إلى تبويب «المزيد» ثم «الدعم» لإرسال رسالة أو بلاغ مباشرة لفريق الإدارة.
أسئلة شائعة
- كيف أحذف حسابي؟ من «المزيد» اضغط «حذف الحساب» في أسفل الصفحة.
- أنا صاحب محل، كيف أستلم صفحة محلي؟ من «المزيد» اختر «استلام محلي» وأرسل الطلب.
- وجدت معلومة خاطئة في محل. افتح صفحة المحل واضغط «الإبلاغ عن خطأ».

From inside the app
Open the More tab, then Support, to send a message or report straight to the admin team.
FAQ
- How do I delete my account? In More, tap Delete account at the bottom of the screen.
- I own a shop. How do I claim its page? In More, choose Claim my shop and send the request.
- A shop has wrong information. Open the shop page and tap Report an error.
