This policy explains what data the Zulfi Guide app collects and how we use it. We collect as little as we can.

What we collect

• Account details (optional): your name and email when you sign up with email, Apple or Google. You can browse the guide without an account.
• What you post: ads, questions, answers, reviews, suggestions and support messages, plus a profile or shop photo if you add one.
• Approximate location: if you allow it, it is used on your device to show the nearest branch and distance. We do not store it on our servers.
• Technical data: error reports (the error message, screen and device type) and aggregated usage counts such as shop page views, calls and directions, to improve the app.
• Notification token: to send alerts if you turn them on.

How we use it

To run the app and show content, review posts before they appear, reply to your messages, fix errors and send notifications. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or track you across other apps.

Where it is stored

Your data is stored with our cloud provider Google Firebase (authentication, database and notifications) under its security practices. We do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires us to.

Public content

Ads, questions and reviews you post are visible to everyone under your display name. You can ask us to remove them at any time.

Your rights and account deletion

You can delete your account and data directly in the app: More, then Delete account. You can also message us to request a copy of your data, a correction or deletion.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
